Easy Lasagna

An easy lasagna recipe that saves me lots of time. This dish satisfies everyone in the family. Try it tonight!
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 32 Ounces Spaghetti Sauce
- 32 Ounces Cottage Cheese
- 3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 9 Lasagna Noodles
- 1/2 Cup Water
Steps
- Preheat oven to 175 Degress Celsius.
- Cook ground beeg in a large skillet until browned and crumbly.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cottage cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella, 1/2 of the parmesan, dried parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread 3/4 cup of spaghetti sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish, cover with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, 3/4 of the cheese mixture from the bowl and 1/4 cup of sauce, repeat for one more layer.
- Top iwth 3 remaining noodles, sauce and parmesan cheese, pour 1/2 cup water down the sides of the dish.
- Cover with aluminium foil and place in oven for 45 mintutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
